Season Finale

Well, <a href=https://www.bitsmack.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Comics&file=index&action=comic&id=411>see you in the fall!</a> I thought the Friends finale was pretty good overall. I was glad they brought back the chick and the duck. The scenes with Joey and Chandler were my favorite because they reminded me of when they used to live together. I was sad that they had to destroy the foosball table though. The Ross and Rachel thing was dragged out way to long. Everyone knew they would end up together, it doesn’t matter how many times you make Rachel get on and off the plane. And then at the end they all leave the apartment and go out for coffee one last time. I thought that was a good way to end it. Continue reading "Season Finale" →

Porting is fun!

<a href=https://www.bitsmack.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Comics&file=index&action=comic&id=281>Today’s comic</a> is based on a conversation K-Dog and I had. He said he would rather get Splinter Cell for PS2 because it has an additional level. I said I would rather get the XBOX version because the graphics are better and Splinter Cell is known for its incredible lighting effects. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think graphics are more important than gameplay. But, when it comes to a game that is recognized for its graphics, that’s more important to me than an extra level. In other news, my drum controller came for Taiko no Tatsujin. I am impressed with how well it is made. It is actually as loud as a drum when you play. I’ll put up my full review of the game soon. CinciClassic – Part 3

<a href=modules.php?op=modload&name=Comics&file=index&action=comic&id=63>Today’s comic</a> is the final chapter of CinciClassic. The Microsoft fairy came and left 2 new beta games under my pillow. Even in my drowsy stupor the Microsoft fairy looked a lot like the UPS guy. The two games I got are demo versions of MotoGP and Whacked. I assume these demos will be included in the Xbox Live starter kit. MotoGP is the best motorcycle racing game I’ve played since… what was the last motorcycle game I’ve played? Super Hang On maybe. Ok, so this game is better than Super Hang On. Whacked on the other hand was obviously thought up by a guy who lives in my toilet, collecting my poop and turning it into video games. I thought he had learned his lesson when he came up with BloodWake and I beat him repeatedly with a plunger, but I guess not. Continue reading "CinciClassic – Part 3" →

The First Adventure – Part 5

I decided last night would be a good chance to get back to some gaming. I started out playing <a href=modules.php?op=modload&name=Game_Ratings&file=index&action=game&gameid=31>Nightcaster</a> for XBOX. It still isn’t a great game, apparently games don’t get better if you let them sit on the shelf. Then I put in <a href=http:modules.php?op=modload&name=Game_Ratings&file=index&action=game&gameid=33>Project Gotham Racing.</a> I love being able to listen to my 311 and Bracket albums while I drive. Despite what kruton says, it is better than GT3. Lastly, <a href=modules.php?op=modload&name=Game_Ratings&file=index&action=game&gameid=2295>Tennis 2K2</a> for Dreamcast is awesome. I don’t play a lot of sports games but I’ve never found a more realistic Tennis game. I’ll put my review up soon. For those of you wondering if kruton has gone insane with the number of reviews he’s been posting lately, I can assure you that kruton has in fact lost his mind. I read his reviews as a call for help from someone trapped in the darkness of his own madness.
