Wind Storm 2008 - It Blows!

Because of the wind storm that went through Ohio on Sunday I’ve been without power for 2 days so far. The estimate on the news is that it won’t be restored in some areas until Sunday. Of course my office still has power so I have to work. Needless to say there won’t be comics until I get electricity at my house.

The obvious solution is to do the comics at the office. Duh.

At least you have an *office* with electricity and internet. My office was without juice for two days, as was my home. Junior’s school was canceled… The whole family stuck in the house together, with no TV, no e-mail, no reddit, no Bitsmack. Another game of Sorry or Battleship??!? No thanks!

No TV and no internet make Jeff something something.

Also, I don’t have Flash on my work computer and my comic files were all on my mac at home so that wouldn’t have worked. It’s funny that you referenced that particular Simpsons episode because at the moment I begun to go crazy I remembered I had an old B/W battery operated portable TV. I had to stop at 4 different stores to find D batteries but it was worth it to be able to watch TV that night.
