I’m still trying to decide what the point of that article was.

It won’t matter. The DDR scene is dying. What will this punk do after the arrows all melt away? Hmm? Maybe he can cry to his mom cuz he’ll still live with her.

If I was his step-dad I would beat the living hell out of him! GET A JOB, GET A LIFE, STOP CRYING ABOUT HOW EVERYONE HATES YOU!

God, I hate rimjobs!

Yeah, I myself don’t quite understand that article. Though it did keep me busy for a while. :) Are they just trying to put DDR players into a stereotype? It’s not possible. Everyone that plays is so different. So maybe most of them share a love for techno and anime, but that’s usually the only common interest. -shrugs- Just my two cents

I’m not sure, but I think the point was that all DDR freaks are social outcasts. However, since most of my family plays and most of us are hard-working and successful, maybe only the players in KC are this way. Also the author seems to think computer geeks are the lowest rung of the social ladder in high school. lol! Obviously he lives in the decade of "Revenge of the Nerds" instead of today when being a nerd is cool. I noticed he chose the biggest DDR loser to focus the story on. What about the 14 year old genius that was also favored to win? Or was he more like the rest of us; passing school, working hard, and having lots of friends?
